With 15 years of experience as a mental health consultant and corporate leadership strategist, Vergia brings deep psychological expertise to help leaders navigate change with confidence. She combines evidence informed strategies, leadership coaching, and corporate facilitation to support managers through some of their toughest challenges from restructuring to burnout and engagement issues.
